以5-甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲酸为起始原料,经氢化,酰化,再与二甲胺进行亲核加成反应制得贝曲西班,总收率达61%以上；该方法具有原料易得、反应条件温和、收率高等优点；降低了生产成本,有良好的工业化应用前景。

英文摘要:

Betrixaban was synthesized from 5-methoxy-2-nitrobenzoic acidthrough hydrogenation, acylation and nucleophilic addition reaction with dimethylamine in an overall yield of 61%.The synthetic route has the adwatages of eaxy to operate, mild conditions and high yield, it has a good prospect in industrial application.
