| Betrixaban was synthesized from 5-methoxy-2-nitrobenzoic acidthrough hydrogenation, acylation and nucleophilic addition reaction with dimethylamine in an overall yield of 61%.The synthetic route has the adwatages of eaxy to operate, mild conditions and high yield, it has a good prospect in industrial application. |
