      含氟化合物因其独特的化学性质使其在医药、农药和功能材料领域中有着广泛的应用。特别是将氟原子引入药物分子中后,会对药物的吸附、分布和代谢产生重大影响。近些年来,研究者对碳-氟键的构建做出了大量的研究工作,本文基于前人的研究成果,分别从脂肪链和芳基碳-氟键构建方式对近5年的工作进行总结和讨论。

      Fluorinated compounds have a wide range of applications in the fields of medicine, pesticides, and functional materials due to their unique chemical properties. Especially after introducing fluorine atoms into drug molecules, it will have a significant impact on the adsorption, distribution, and metabolism of drugs. In recent years, researchers have conducted extensive research on the construction of C-F bonds. Based on previous research results, this article summarizes and discusses the work in the past five years from the perspectives of C-F bond construction methods.on fatty chains and aromatic groups
