| 传统荧光检测手段如有机染料探针、荧光量子点等,存在选择性不足、稳定性差及复杂基质干扰等问题。碳点分子印迹荧光传感器(CDs@MIPs)融合碳点的优异光学性能与分子印迹聚合物的特异性识别能力,通过荧光共振能量转移(FRET)、光致电子转移(PET)及内滤效应(IFE)等机制实现高灵敏、高选择性检测。本文介绍了CDs@MIPs的工作机理、构建与性能特点,以及元素掺杂、复合载体等改性策略提升传感器性能的研究进展,并从食品安全检测、药物残留检测、环境污染物检测及生物医学检测等方面综述了CDs@MIPs的应用研究进展, 最后对其未来研究进行展望,以期为该领域的研究人员提供有价值的参考。 |

| Traditional fluorescence detection methods such as organic dye probes and fluorescent quantum dots have problems such as insufficient selectivity, poor stability and interference from complex matrices. The carbon dot molecularly imprinted fluorescence sensor (CDs@MIPs) combines the excellent optical properties of carbon dots with the specific recognition ability of molecularly imprinted polymers, achieving highly sensitive and selective detection through mechanisms such as fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), photoinduced electron transfer (PET), and internal filtration effect (IFE). This paper introduces the working mechanism, construction and performance characteristics of CDs@MIPs, as well as the research progress on improving sensor performance through modification strategies such as element doping and composite carriers. It also reviews the application research progress of CDs@MIPs from aspects such as food safety detection, drug residue detection, environmental pollutant detection and biomedical detection. Finally, the future research is prospected to provide valuable references for researchers in this field. |
