      本文分析了四大新污染物之一的内分泌干扰物(EDCs)的研究现状与趋势,系统概述了环境中EDCs 的前处理技术与检测分析方法,总结了EDCs 样品提取、净化、浓缩等前处理环节的常用技术及其优缺点,对比分析了色谱法(气相色谱法、液相色谱法)、质谱法(气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法)、生物学分析方法(整体器官法、细胞法、非细胞法)各自的技术原理、特点和研究成果。通过对现有方法的调研总结,提出了未来需要优化EDCs 样品前处理技术、融合多学科理论与前沿技术、发展应对复杂基质与混合物效应的新型分析技术体系等研究展望。
英文摘要:
      The research status and trends of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs),one of the four major new pollutants,and the pretreatment technologies and detection/analysis methods for EDCs in the environment are systematically overviewed. Commonly used technologies in EDCs sample pretreatment steps such as extraction,purification,and concentration,along with their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Additionally,a comparative analysis is conducted on chromatographic methods (gas chromatography,liquid chromatography),mass spectrometric methods (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry),and biological analysis methods (whole-organ methods,cellular methods,cell-free methods) in terms of their respective technical principles,characteristics,and research achievements. Based on the investigation and summary of existing methods,research prospects for the future are proposed,including the need to optimize EDCs sample pretreatment technologies,integrate multidisciplinary theories and cutting-edge technologies,and developing novel analytical technology systems to address complex matrices and mixture effects.
