      设计合成一种新型近红外发光钌(II)配合物[Ru(Bitpy)(Ppytpy)](ClO4)2。该配合物在空气饱和水溶液中于730 nm处呈现近红外发射,兼具225 nm的大斯托克斯位移与0.0031的相对量子产率。值得注意的是,其pKa1 = 2.27,在强酸条件下既表现出显著的pH响应特性,且保持了优异的光稳定性。在Britton-Robinson缓冲体系中,该配合物展现出独特的“off-on-off”型近红外发光开关行为,且一个关键开关转换点位于强酸区。这一特性使其有望克服传统探针在胃酸等极端环境中的局限性,为开发近红外、耐酸型光动力学药物提供了新的候选材料。
英文摘要:
      A novel near-infrared (NIR)-emitting Ru(II) complex [Ru(Bitpy)(Ppytpy)](ClO4)2 was designed and synthesized. The complex exhibits bright NIR emission at 730 nm in air-saturated aqueous solution, along with a large Stokes shift of 225 nm and a relative quantum yield of 0.0031. With a pKa1 of 2.27, it demonstrates a pronounced pH response coupled with excellent photostability under strong acidity. This combination of properties enables a unique "off-on-off " NIR luminescence switching behavior in Britton-Robinson buffer, with a key transition in the strongly acidic region. This acid-tolerant switching profile suggests its potential for applications such as gastric acid environment detection and acid-resistant NIR photodynamic therapeutics, overcoming the limitations of conventional probes.
